With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Jean Rogers of Covington, Louisiana, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ronnie Rogers; her son Matthew Rogers; her parents, Claire Mathies Blow and Edward Blow; and her siblings, Terry Blow, Mickey Blow, Janet Francois and Mary Anthony.

She is survived by: her son Michael Rogers; her sister JoAnn Desmond; her daughter-in-law Erin Diamond; and her aunt Judy Mathies.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter, in memory of Billie Jean's deep affection for dogs.
