We announce the death of Brigitte Klesse Kosanovich of Covington, Louisiana, who passed away on July 16, 2026. Brigitte will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Brigitte will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Brigitte will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Brigitte’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Klesse and Martha Klesse; her siblings, Sybil, Liesel and George; and her husband Elijah (Eli).
She is survived by: her son George. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
