She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. Jumonville and Esther D. Mahoney; her son Paul Joseph Boudreaux; her husband Henry Joseph Boudreaux, Jr.; and her son-in-law Aaron C. Mendel.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Mendel; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Taylor Boudreaux; and her grandchildren, Jacob R. Boudreaux, Christopher J. Mendel (Tara), Kourtney A. Fuentes (Joseph) and Joshua E. Boudreaux (Brittany). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Fielding Funeral Home (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A burial was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (2280 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
