It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles LeRoy Demarest of Covington, Louisiana, who passed away on September 4, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angel Mancini Demarest and LeRoy Demarest. He is survived by: his spouse Kelleen Gordano Demarest; his children, David Demarest and Remi Demarest; and his siblings, Paul, Arthur Demarest and Holly Demarest Grotzinger.
