David Colomb Sr. Obituary

We bid farewell to David Colomb Sr. (Covington, Louisiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 9, 2025 at the age of 72. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father C. Earl Colomb, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Melancon Colomb; his sons, David (Jenny) and Scott; his grandchildren, Naomi, Korynn, Owen, Vivienne and John; his siblings, Earl, Margaret Shelton (James), Michael, Barbara Collura (Steve) and Robert (Wendy); and also Margaret Ulmer Colomb. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to Manresa Retreat House (Convent, LA), St Joseph Abbey, or the American Heart Association.
