He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Coffelt, Sr. and Peggy Reel; and his brother Robert Eugene Coffelt. He is survived by: his wife Janet Oster Coffelt; his stepmother Cecile Coffelt; his daughter Michelle Coffelt Chappetta; his siblings, Cynthia Coffelt Yates (Rusty), Linda Ehler (Timothy), Kerry Kidwell (Jeannine), Phillip Pavone and David Kidwell; and his grandchild Cason Michael Chappetta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
