We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Edward Joseph Jacobs of Covington, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Rita Pounds Jacobs; his parents, Fred Jacobs and Bernadine Jacobs; and his brother Larry Jacobs. He is survived by : his children, Ann Jacobs Holloway (Trip), Edward Sean Jacobs (Kelley) and Patrick Hershel Jacobs (Stephanie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Covington (16054 Murphy Rd, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
