As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Elizabeth Marshall may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Egloff and Margaret Treppendahl Alford. She is survived by: her husband Nixon; her children, Margaret Casey (Sean), Amy Adams and Thomas Adams; her grandchildren, Sarah Kate, Eliza Casey, Ethan Hedgepeth and Mia Adams; and her brother Robert Alford (Cathy).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to either the Northshore Humane Society or the St. Tammany Library Foundation, two causes that reflect Marshall's lifelong love for animals and the written word.
