He is survived by : his wife Bridget McCutcheon Bissel; his sons, Eric Raymond Cornelius Bissel (Gillian Hynes Bissel) and Lucas William Bissel (Carley Parrish Bissel); his grandsons, Maurice Raymond Bissel, Franklin George Bissel and Jean-Luc William Bissel; his nephew Raymond Cornelius Bissel; and his cousins, Becky Kidd and Lisa Maluff.
