He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd B. Hicks Sr. and Elvire Ducote Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Robin Hicks; his children, Shelly Edney (Jennings), Laurie Robert (Everett) and Adam Hicks; his grandchildren, Jordan Edney (Lauren), Mallory Edney, Abby Magee and Ethan Hicks Ramos; and his brother Robert Hicks (Shirley).
