He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Florence Young Cotty; his daughter Samantha Cotty; his stepchildren, Mary Huval and Jacob Carson; his grandchildren, Kayleigh and Rey Rios; his great-grandparent D'Angelo; his parents, Glenn M. Cotty, Sr. and Wilma Lou Cotty (Bagwell); and his former wife Sharron Russell.
His favorite charity was the Paralyzed Veterans of America. Family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to this charity in his memory.
