He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Dutsch; his daughter Fallon Dutsch O'Ragan (Robert); his stepchildren, Troy Ricks, III (Rachel) and Crystal Ricks (Louis Scott); his grandchildren, Rylee O'Ragan and Rawson O'Ragan; his stepgrandchildren, Breanna Deese (Ryan), Nicholas Wise, Alexander Scott, Bentley Ricks and Wyatt Ricks; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Paisleigh, Kennedy and Wesley Deese; his siblings, Darrell Dutsch (Kristy), Russell Dutsch (Andreina) and Melinda Dutsch Mizell (Jeffery); and his nephews, Joseph Mizell (Candice) and Harold Mizell.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Zion Baptist Church (17387 New Zion Church Rd, Covington, LA 70435). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Pilgrim Rest Cemetery (20116 LA-1081, Covington, LA 70435).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to the New Zion Lunch Ministry will be greatly appreciated.
