He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joy June Jacobs of DeLand, FL; and his daughters, Beth Maryberry, Lee Manguno (Bart), Virginia Lipscomb, Catherine Lipscomb and Annie Lipscomb (John Duda). He was also cherished by five daughters and six granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northshore Humane Society, one of Hubert's favorite local charities.
