She is survived by: her children, Oldest, James "Skeet" Hazlett (Pam) and Laura Haggard (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Elise, Blake and Hayden; her stepgranddaughter Leslie Ellis; her daughter Tina Jamison; her grandchild Ryan Jamison (Letty); her great grandchildren, Kasey Mendershausen (Eric) and Gavin; her son Scott Hazlett; her grandchildren, Kayla and Kyle; her daughter Nicole "Niki" Butler (Brad); her great grandchildren, Carson and Maddie; her daughter Tracey Coulter (Mike); her great grandchildren, Jesse, Colston, Ella Margaret, Emma Grace and Levi Sims; her grandchild Ashley Sullivan (Dylan); and also, Marley Whartman, Bradley Dyess and Jennifer Sims (Randall).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM and from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM at the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (501 Holy Trinity Dr, Covington, LA 70433). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
