He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie F. Taylor Sr. and Rebecca Tisdale Taylor; his wife Janice Harrison Taylor; and his siblings, Titus Taylor, Colman Taylor, Gladys Taylor Booth, Ola Taylor Fussell, Oudia Taylor Talley and Lavern Taylor Talley.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie O'Keefe (Keith), David, Timmy, Billy (Kim) and Joey; and his sister Carolyn Taylor Cox.
