He was predeceased by: his wife June Mullins Otillio; his parents, Norma DiFranco Otillio and John Geniro Otillio; and his brothers, John Geniro Otillio, Robert Anthony Otillio and Norman Otillio.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Otillio; his son-in-law Sonny Lewis; his grandson Michael Lewis; and his sister-in-law Audrey Otillio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
