She is survived by: her children, John Warren Hawthorne of Kenner, LA, Gary Allen Hawthorne of Folsom, LA and Dianne Hawthorne Peterson (David) of Covington, LA.; her grandson Brad Austin Schellhaas (Tucker) of Abita Springs, LA.; and her sister Jonell Weems. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
