She was predeceased by: her husband Darol E. Amacker; her daughters, Teresa Denise Amacker and Debra Lynn Amacker Haley (Malcolm); her parents, Emile Van Galloway and Frances Holden Galloway; and her siblings, Grace Plescia, Van Galloway and Teresa Dunhurst.
She is survived by: her son Darol Amacker (Karen); her sisters, Emily "Stella" Galloway and Emma "Dolly" Galloway; and her half-brothers, Emile Galloway and O'Neal Galloway. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bagnell & Son Funeral Home (75212 Lee Rd, Covington, LA 70435). Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:30 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Knights Garden Cemetery (Enon, LA 70438).
