She was predeceased by: her parents, Erline Fulton and Clyde Fulton; her husband Kenneth Palmer; and her siblings, Marie, Helen, Faye and Sonny.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Palmer (Pam) and Jeff Palmer (Sharman); her grandchildren, Brittany and Lacey Palmer; her stepgrandchildren, Madeline Richthofen and Brandon Clouatre; and her great grandchildren, Waylon Jones and Cain Palmer.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rose Memorial Park Cemetery (908 Western Ave, Hammond, LA 70401).
