Templin; his siblings, Paul Templin (Julie) and Katherine Templin Culbert (JD Culbert); his half-sister Debbie Recio; his nephews, Desmond, Casey Culbert and William Templin; his niece Vivian Templin; his former wife Roxanne Hensley; and his cousins, Melinda Lumus Buchanan, Rhonda Kevlin, Bryan Templin, Christian and Derick Biggs.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Humane Society in honor of Matt's beloved feline pal, Roux.
