She is survived by: her sons, John A. Ortiz (Janel) and Michael J. Ortiz (Justine); her grandchildren, Eric M. and Maria B. Ortiz; and her siblings, Michael B. Dycus and Mickey E. Dycus.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations to one of her favorite charities, St. Jude Children's Hospital, St. Labre Indian School, and/or the Wounded Warrior Project.
