She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Morris Singletary and Ann Marie Jourdan Singletary; and her children, Jeffrey Ayo and Jennifer Ayo. She is survived by: her brother Eddie Singletary (Stacey); her grandchildren, Blayne Ayo, Riley Bistes and Jaxton Ayo; her niece Taylor Lizana (Chris); her great-niece Landrie Lizana; and her great-nephew Parks Lizana. She is also survived by two aunts and numerous cousins; and wonderful lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Zion Baptist Church (17387 New Zion Church Rd, Covington, LA 70435). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery (86116 LA-25, Folsom, LA 70437).
