He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Bernice Kaminski Antolik and Anthony Joseph Antolik. He is survived by: his wife Julia Mae Majeste Antolik; his daughter Lisa Barteldes (Eric); his grandchildren, Leah Rose Barteldes and Daniel Gerard Barteldes; and his brothers, Ronald Antolik and Raymond Antolik.
