He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Ebert Mullins and Robyn Ebert; his stepchildren, John Rohner (Melissa) and Jessica Laciura (Michael); his siblings, Michael, Brian (Julie), Melanie and Jody; his close friend Erin Esteve; his former wife Jackie Ebert; his granddaughters, Kayla McIntyre (Frank), Katlin Bryan (Matthew), Leighla Couvillon (Alex), Madison Rohner (Josh) and MaciLyn Rohner; his great grandchildren, Loralai McIntyre, Maverick, Wyatt Bryan and Charlie Couvillon; and his caregivers, Billy Koch and Josh Loyd. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
