He is survived by: his children, Kelly Blaum Short (Darin), Krista Lane Blaum and Chad Matthew Blaum; and his grandchildren, Collin Gerard Moreau, Matthew Arsene Blaum, Riley Blaum Corkern and Mason William Blaum.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery (34888 Grantham College Dr, Slidell, LA 70460).
