He is survived by: his wife Penha Cristina Mullett; his siblings, Burrell Mullett (Allison), Jan Williams (Gary) and Noel Dudley Mullett; his children, Nicole Conn (Jeffery), Kayli Phillips (Everet), John Roy Mullett (Morgan), Louise Bonnette (Ansel) and Tharcysio Tasso Mullett; and his close friend Walter Pierce.
