In loving memory of Sherard Edward Primo of Covington, Louisiana, who departed this world on October 9, 2025 at the age of 86. Sherard leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherard J. Primo and Rita Louise Primo (Braun); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Farizo, Patricia Farizo Heiden and Ronald "Ronnie" Girior, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Earl "Tiger'Primo (Rebecca), Lori "My Lou" (Primo) and Reid (Michael); his grandchildren, Codey B. Eiswirth, Zachary J. Primo, Cullen M. Reid and Caiden J. Reid; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph "Buck" Farizo, Shirley Farizo Giroir, Richard "Ricky" Farizo (Paula) and Brian Heiden (Arleen). He is also survived by the many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (2280 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In keeping with Grandpa's tradition of giving, we ask in lieu of flowers, to please "tip" St. Judes Children Research Hospital in his and Carol's memory, a cause close to their hearts.
