He was predeceased by: his parents, David O. Guerra and Dolly Naquin Guerra; his sisters, Charlotte Blackshere, Debra Montalbano and Caroline Partridge; and his brother-in-law Ben Nolan.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Stafford Miller; his daughter Lynsey Benoit (Cory); his granddaughters, Savannah, Nevaeh, Zoe, Rebecca and Gracie; his niece Starla Callais (Warren); and his sisters, Janet Juge (Larry) and Patricia Nolan. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. J. Fielding Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2260 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens (2280 W 21st Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
