She is survived by: her children, Tee Breazeale (Paul) and Jamie Applewhite (Nikki Sumrell); her grandchildren, Tom Horne, Jim Horne, Steven Nance (Julie), Jessi Nance (Rhiannon), Stacey DeRouen, Michael Yutzy, Auston Applewhite and Cheyenne Applewhite; and her caregiver Brittany. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
