He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cook and Erma Lanie Cook. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his daughters, Lindsay Faulkner (Pratt) and Lanie Lee Cook; and his grandsons, Pratt Faulkner Jr. and Brooks Faulkner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433). A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (125 E 19th Ave, Covington, LA 70433).
