He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Crochet and Gloria Foreman; his brother Rickey Crochet; and his grandparents, Oran, Helen Foreman, Magloire and Estelle Crochet.
He is survived by: his sister Lisa (Ricky Meaux) of Crowley; his niece Kimberly (Dominique Tillman) of Sulphur; his nephews, Michael (Ashley Crochet) of Branch and Aaron Crochet (Diamond Hebert); and his aunts and uncles, Curtis of Crowley, Ray Foreman of Crowley, Theresa of Crowley, Jeanette Foreman of Crowley and Peggy Trahan of Lake Charles. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and cousins.
