He is survived by: his wife Lana Jeanise Hebert; his children, Kendra, Ryan Cormier of Rayne, Racheal and Quincy (Brook Hebert); his mother Elvie Meaux of Crowley; his brother Wallace Hebert of Crowley; and his grandchildren, Dylan Bostick, Luke, Alex Cormier, Wyatt Cormier, Braylon and Ahna Matlock.
