He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Watkins and Audrey Jones Watkins of Fenton, LA.; and his brother Bobby Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Edmond C. Watkins II (Carson), Connie Watkins McTopy and Marshall Watkins (Pamela Louviere); his sisters, Frances Chauvin of Hammond and Jacqueline Fogleman of Crowley; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Libba Watkins. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
