He was predeceased by: his father J. B. Sarver; and his brother Jody Sarver. He is survived by: his wife Cheree Darby Sarver of Carencro; his children, Courtney Ledoux (Andrew) of Carencro, Shannon Sarver (April) of Church Point and Jared Sarver of Lafayette; his stepchildren, Angel Blanchard of Youngsville and Christopher Cody Blanchard, II of Lafayette; his mother Willie Belle Lyons Sarver of Scott; his brothers, Greg Sarver of Crowley and Jamie Sarver (Julie) of Scott; and his grandchildren, Lexy, Guy, Hayden, Kogan, Luca, Amelia, Annelise, Alli, Emery and Anna.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Haseya's New Beginning Animal Rescue in Rayne in honor of Guy Sarver.
