She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Benton (Terrell); her grandson Nicholas Benton (Felicia Hoon); her great grandchild Lila Benton; her grandchild Logan Benton; her sister Joanna Smith (Howard Smith, Jr.); her niece Yolanda Miller (Kirt); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kirt Miller, Jr. and Kyle Miller; her close friend Charles Jones; and her siblings, Carla Dean LaBove and Percy Kibodeaux.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home (301 N Ave F, Crowley, LA 70526). A rosary will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church (224 W 5th St, Crowley, LA 70526). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
