He is survived by: his children, Leah Guidry Futrell (Joey) and Lance Guidry; his caregivers, Roy and Celeste Winkle; his grandchildren, Jolee Guidry, Jacob Guidry, Jillian Guidry, Megan Guidry, Belle Winkle, Roy Winkle Jr. and Noah Parrish; and his brother Kenneth Guidry.
