She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Moore; her parents, Earl Hayes, and Helen Hayes, Sr.; and her siblings, Fred Hayes, Truman Hayes, Earl Hayes, Jr., Elossie Winters, Helen Hayes, Cheryl Hayes and Emma Randel.
She is survived by: her children, Truman Hayes (Tisha) of Lake Charles, LA, Preston Hayes (Tikesha) of Houston, TX, Carolann Hayes of Lafayette, LA, Alvinetta Hayes of Crowley, LA, Prestly Hayes of Crowley, LA and Jana Broussard of New Iberia, LA; and her sisters, Mable Stern of Houston, TX, Rose Gaston of Houston, TX and Janette Hayes of Crowley, LA.
