It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Atherton Libby Jr. (Crowley, Louisiana), who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Atherton Libby, Sr. and Ouida Clark Libby, Sr.; and his son-in-law Ronnie Gaspard. He is survived by : his wife Enola Alleman Libby; his children, Debbie Libby Gaspard, Dinah Libby Habetz (Damian) and Michael James Libby (Michelle); his sisters, Judith Libby and Kathleen O. Mallia; his grandchildren, Blanche Hernandez (Kenneth), Valerie Keaton (Doug), Lance Habetz (Danielle) and Simone Doucet (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Heath Hernandez, Cooper Cary, Caroline, Charlotte, Griffin Keaton, William, Benjamin, Millie Habetz, Everett and Doucet.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. Michael Catholic Elementary School.
