He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesser Trahan and Nola Broussard Trahan; and his siblings, Lois Bertrand, Virginia Amie and Michael Trahan, Sr..

He is survived by: his siblings, Lester Trahan of Georgia, Earl Trahan of Crowley, Holand Trahan of Sulphur, Lena Pulumbo of Crowley, Sharlene Sittig of Lake Charles and Theresa Quebodeaux of Iota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
