She was predeceased by: her former husband Gene Allen Smith; her husband Henry Leonards; and her parents, Lionel Meaux and Hilda Mouton Meaux. She is survived by: her children, Kim S. Cormier (Ron) of New Iberia, Kristi S. Faulk (Bill) of Crowley, Kent Smith (Darlene) of Rayne, Kirk Smith (Kelli) of Moss Bluff and Kevin Smith (Karen) of Scott; her siblings, Faye M. Clark of Lafayette and Mark Meaux (Julie) of Conway, AR.; her grandchildren, Brooke Cormier, Dr. Allison Cormier (John Stephens), Jacob Smith (Kadie), Katelyn Autrey (Matt), Andrew Smith (Alex), Hannah Ardoin (Cody), Kylee Domingue (Mandy LaLonde), Kami Touchet (Tanner), Kennedi Dubois (Andre), Kayden Smith, Winston Faulk, Allen Faulk and Dr. Anne Faulk; and her great grandchildren, Kathryn, Magdalene, Hudson, Helen, Tinley, Abigail and Rudy.
