He is survived by: his children, Bryan Schexneider (Marlene Andrus) of Morse and Karen Schexneider of Scott; his grandchildren, Kevin Schexneider (Gabrielle) of Egan and Kaley Aucoin (DJ) of Indian Bayou; his great grandchildren, Evan Touchet, Lainey Aucoin, Cohen Aucoin, Eli Schexneider, Franklin Schexneider and Vivian Schexneider; his nieces and nephews, Sean Schexneider, Pam Potier, Jeremy LeLeux, Tessa Richard and Ashley LeLeux; his caring neighbors, Sheryl, Shane, Wyatt and Evan Robinson; his wife Elaine LeLeux Schexneider; and his brother Rodney.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home (301 N Ave F, Crowley, LA 70526). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Church (8021 Lyons Point Hwy, Crowley, LA 70526).
