He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Faulk and Gloria Lusco Faulk; and his grandparents, Irving, Anita Faulk, Ignazio and Josephine Lusco.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Meaux Faulk of Crowley; his daughters, Pamela Faulk Dauphine (Nick) of Crowley and Bridget Faulk Miller (Ryan) of Crowley; his sister Carlotta Faulk Hayes of Lafayette; his grandsons, Evan, Ethan, Eli, Everett Dauphine and Rhett Miller; and his sister-in-law Sandra M. Dorr (Glenn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
