He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray Williams and Jean Williams. He is survived by: his wife Maria Williams; his sons, Shane Williams (Lindsay) and Chad Williams (Melissa); his grandchildren, Hunter Johns (Nicole), Alyssa Shelley (Devon), Kalee Williams, Anna Williams, Kolton Williams, Kai Williams, Caitlyn Carson (Dan), Caleb Oldaker, Caden Oldaker and Cameron Oldaker; his great grandchildren, Riley, Mabry, Cohen, Rustin, Stella, Brantley, Raegan and Boe; his brothers, Billy Gene Williams (Ethel) and Danny Ray Williams (Paula); and his aunt Jackie Boyd.

In lieu of sending flowers, Guy requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to his heart.
