In the echoes of fond remembrance, may we find a sense of peace, knowing that the memories we hold dear will continue to shape and inspire us, keeping Hobie J.'s spirit alive in our hearts and actions. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness we show others and the joy we find in the ordinary moments of life.

He was predeceased by : his father Gregory "Greg" Gisclair; and his grandparents, Leona G. Gisclair, Horace Delatte and Victor Gisclair, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Grace D. Gisclair; his grandmother Louise Delatte; and his children, Orion Gisclair and Kingston Gisclair. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Catholic Church (17980 W Main St, Galliano, LA 70354). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Cheramie Cemetery E. Main.
