He was predeceased by: his parents, Roseluce Charpentier and Viola Eymard Charpentier; his daughter Julie Bernard; his great grandchild Audrey Grace; his siblings, Henry Charpentier, Alvin Charpentier and Doris Guidry; and his son-in-law Robert Plaisance.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary A. Charpentier; his children, Linton Charpentier (Gwen), Elizabeth Chugden (Robert), Robert Charpentier (Melanie) and John Charpentier (Dodi); his grandchildren, Danielle, Tiffany, Christopher, Ian, Rustie, Matthew, Ryan, Lauren, Brittney, Paul, Luke, Michael, Taylor, Joshua, Mark and Jake; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Elizabeth, Ryken, Sophia, Rance, Julianne, Cole, Lucy, Ronney, Beau, Kason, Olivia, Alice, River, Zachary, Owen, Payton, Sophie, Parker, Adriane and Henry; his brother Steven Charpentier; and his son-in-law Todd Bernard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (15300 W Main St, Cut Off, LA 70345). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM.
