She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Plaisance and Lenora Plaisance; her siblings, Janice Johansen, Jean Chiasson and Bobby Plaisance; and her grandson Eric Paul.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Johnson; her daughter Jessica Diebold Vega (David); her stepsons, Larry Johnson (Courtney) and Travis Johnson (Terri); her grandchildren, Jacob (Allie), Emmelyn (Jacob), Jonathan (Elizabeth), Zachary, Natalie, Nicole (Morgan), Alexis, Christopher and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Carter Mae, Scotty Rae and Remington.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Community Bible Church (14757 E Main St, Cut Off, LA 70345). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373).
