With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Meldon Lee Sr. of Cut Off, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2025 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Lee and Irma Callais Lee; his siblings, Hudson Lee Sr., Richard Lee, Mary Joyce Lee Ledet, Elsie Lee Bouzigar and Paulette Lee; his parents-in-law, Tilman Pierce and Gertie Ledet Pierce; his siblings-in-law, Vernon Ledet, Guill Callais Jr., Charolotte St. Pierre Lee and Rebecca Cheramie Pierce; and his great-nephew Cole Guilbeaux.

He is survived by: his wife Terrea Pierce Lee; his children, Meldon Lee Jr. (Penny), Tracy Lee (Kellie) and Crystal Lee (Adams Wells); his sister Lorrie Lee Callais; and his daughter-in-law Hiedi Boudreaux Lee. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
