He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Sr. Guidry and Mable Falgout Guidry; and his sister Lana Guidry. He is survived by: his brothers, Randy, Elmo Jr., Bob (Marlene) and Jason Guidry; and his nieces, Melodia Guidry (Paul), Della Bourg, Theresa and Dana Guidry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
