He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Jinks and Francis Jinks; and his brothers, Elvis "Cooney" Jinks, Jr., Larry "Dinkey" Jinks and Claude "Bull" Jinks.
He is survived by: his children, Tami Renee Thomas (Troy), Chris Jinks (Staci) and Danielle Nicole Jinks; and his siblings, Eddie "Pete" Jinks (Faye), Cindy J. Enterkin (Derron) and Joseph "Joe" Jinks. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Robinson Baptist Church (1308 Ferguson Rd, Delhi, LA 71232). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
