He is survived by: his son Allen Patrick (Lisa); his grandchildren, Heather Patrick, Josh Patrick (Katie), Stephanie Miller (Robbie) and Jessica Jinks (Eric); and his sisters, Helen P. Self and Carolyn Self. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
